The Galt Academy is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Privacy enquiries and requests go to [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your phone number, your email address if you give one, and the details you write about the work you want done. There is no account to create, and we collect nothing else about you as you read the site.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, quote the work, and contact you about the job. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing to people who only asked for a quote.
Who else handles it
Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by a form-delivery service acting on our behalf, which stores the submission so it can pass it on. Beyond that, your details are seen by the people here who deal with your job.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us until the school opens and your family has decided either way, and we delete it when you ask.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will action it. Deleting an enquiry means we lose the record of the job, so we will confirm before doing it if work is still in progress.
