The Galt Academy is an independent school for Kindergarten through Grade 6, opening in Durham Region once the founding cohort is full.

When will we know where the school is?
As soon as the founding cohort is full enough to choose. Everyone on the list hears at the same time, before anybody is asked to commit money.
What does a school day look like?
The core subjects in the morning, taught to a standard. The afternoon on money and business, building and fixing, fitness and food, and time outside whenever the weather allows.
How far would we be driving?
Unknown until the site is chosen, which is what the drive-time question on the form is for.
How much is tuition?
We're aiming at $8,000 to $12,000 a year for full time. The exact figure is set before anybody enrols, and founding families keep the rate they join at.

The Academy opens when the founding cohort is full. Families on the list get first places, help set the first year's calendar, and keep the founding rate for as long as their child is enrolled.
